Minor changes were made in pointing the Collect for the Lords Day II in Appendix B and the Simmons version of Eucharistic Prayer C.  Version number not updated.

Found out the intro to the Collect for Advent in the B078 liturgies was in solemn tone instead of simple tone.  Fixed.  Version number not changed.

Update .98 reflects major changes to the Simmons Through-Sung setting of Eucharistic Prayer C as well as some pagination changes.  For version .97 users, simply replacing the "Canons" section should suffice.
